This service enables you to meet with Andrew Heft directly via the internet. Mr. Heft has a webcam and microphone installed on his computer, so you can see and hear him speak to you.

You do need to have a webcam to use this service. You can still have a video consultation without a microphone and communicate by using your telephone.
