• We supply the basic forms and proceedings, as well as a set of basic instructions
• You complete the forms online, issue, file, present, and process your completed divorce application yourself
• You may e-consult us at $75 a question, should you have any questions or require assistance completing the documentation or processing your file to its completion
• We will also provide you with the mandate in anticipation of incapability
• In order to proceed, at least one party must have had one year of continous residence in Québec for 1 year prior to the filing of the join divorced motion. The court does not have juridiction if neither party has lived in Québec for less than a year.
